All paintings in my store are original hand painted by me, Ching Teoh. You are looking at unique art pieces, that are designed and created in my studio in Arundel in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
Payment
Accepted payment methods : PayPal
If you do not have PayPal, you can still use PayPal to make payment as a guest user. To read more about how PayPal works here. Or contact me if you need to make payment via other method.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped from Gold Coast, Qld, Australia.
Once full payment is received, I will ship your item in the following business day. If there is any special scenario when dispatch may be delayed I will email you immediately. In all time, I will ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.

Please ensure that the address you is correct for prompt delivery. If your order is a gift to someone, I am happy to include a card and also to ship directly to the someone special.
Shipping method:
I will keep the shipping cost as low as possible but also keep the transit time as short possible. And, tracking is available for all delivery.
Estimated Transit Time:
a) Within Australia: 1 – 6 business days
b) Everywhere else: 3 – 14 business days

All paintings is packed securely to ensure the paintings reaches you in its perfect condition.

Returns
I want you to love the art you purchased, but if you don’t for any reason, I’m glad to accept return. I would make a 100% refund on the artwork price once I receive the returned artwork in good condition. Please contact me within 3 days after you received the order, we’ll work things out.
