We offer FREE SHIPPING to the United States, Japan and Asian countries. If you are currently located out from these countries, please contact us to get the shipping charges.

We make every effort to ship your order quickly. Once we had received your payment in our PayPal account, we will pack and ship your order in 2-3 business days. Shipping is via FedEx International Priority Service except for customer in Malaysia which is via Pos Malaysia.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O.BOXES.

handling charges

Handling Charges are charged for packing material and manpower cost for handling the order. It is USD 50 per item. But we offer FREE handling charges to all customers.

transit time:

to U.S.	3 business day
to Japan	1 to 2 business day
to Asia countries	1 business day

These transit times do not include Customs clearance or unforeseen delays. These transit times also assume that shipments is delivered to major cities. Destination which is in suburb area may take longer transit time.

out of stock policy:

If your selected merchandise which is out of stock, we will inform you via email. You will NOT be charged for any item that is out of stock.

order tracking:

After you had placed an order and made payment via PayPal, you will receive a confirmation email. Once we had packed and shipped your order, we will send you second email consisting the FedEx tracking number, whihc you could track online on the FedEx homepage. From time to time, you may contact us to check on your order status.
