CHING-TEOH hopes you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not, please let us know and we will take care of you right away. Please contact us so we can process your return. Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery. Your return must be accompanied by the printed email receipt. We will issue you a refund on your return, however original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

To the customer whom we had offered FREE SHIPPING, we will issue a refund deducted shipping charges and handling charges. Shipping charges deducted will be based on the actual amount FedEx charged us on delivering your item while handling charges is USD50 per item.

Example case:
2 item was ordered.
Total amount paid was USD 2000 which comes with free shipping and handling charges.
FedEx shipping charges is USD 200
handling charges is USD 50 X 2 = USD 100
Therefore, total refund is USD 2000 - USD 200 - USD 100 = USD 1700 only.

How do I report damaged shipments?

Please contact us immediately and we will process a claim and/or replacement. (Please note most items in CHING-TEOH are original and unique piece. Therefore some replacement may not be possible.) FedEx usually requires an inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice. We MUST be informed within 7 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.
